Equatorial Guinea is located on the west coast of the central part of the African continent and on a series of islands just off its coast in the Atlantic Ocean, sharing its northern border with Cameroon and its eastern and southern borders with Gabon. The capital city, located on the island of Isla de Bioko, is Malabo.
